Mr. Sinclair is pleased with the ruling of the Court, was confident in his Motion to Dismiss and while he clearly expects Daniel Parisi, Whitehouse.com, Inc.; Whitehouse Networks LLC and Whitehouse Communications Inc. to appeal the Courts dismissal based on their appeals of the Courts previous dismissals, he is confident that the ruling of the US District Court will stand.
Despite defending himself against one of Washington’s most powerful and largest Lobbying Law Firms, Patton Boggs LLP, Sinclair is pleased with the outcome.
Sinclair has a follow-up book titled When One Man Stands which will be released nationwide September 18, 2012 with a limited Advanced Copy of 1000 signed, numbered copies to ship June 18, 2012.
