Today the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit issue two orders. The first in response to Parisi motion to strike Lawrence W. Sinclair’s entry of appearance on behalf of Sinclair Publishing, Inc in USCA Case No. 11-7077.
ORDER Upon consideration of the motion to strike entry of appearance for Sinclair Publishing, Inc., the response thereto, and the reply, it is ORDERED that resolution of the motion to strike be deferred pending consideration by the merits panel to which this case is assigned. The Clerk is directed to enter a briefing schedule in the normal course.
The second ORDER was issued in USCA Case No. 11-7135 where Parisi appealed the US District Courts dismissal of Parisi claims against Jeffrey Rense. Rense’ Attorney’s filed a Motion to Consolidate the appeal with the Amazon appeal and the Court Ordered the two consolidated:
The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has also Ordered that the parties submit within 30 days from the date of the order proposed formats for the briefing of these cases.
The United States District Court for the District of Columbia has since March 2011 dismissed all claims filed by Parisi against all defendants with a Motion to Dismiss or for Summary Judgment still pending the Courts ruling filed by Larry Sinclair.
