The past few days we have been going over “sworn” declarations which counsel to Dan Parisi has provided in support of their claims. We know that Larry has emailed Parisi counsel Richard Oparil of Patton Boggs LLP in Washington DC and asked Mr. Oparil to point out in these “sworn” declarations where exactly they purport to contest Larry’s statements, Mr. Oparil has responded to Larry’s email with “…declaration speaks for itself.”
Well we have taken the time to compare claims made in the most recent “sworn” declaration Richard Oparil has submitted, that being the declaration of Robert Braddock. Here is what we have found.
Braddock’s “sworn” declaration states “I worked for Whitehouse.com, Inc. from January 2008 to June 2008 as videographer/reporter.” Well either this “sworn” statement by Robert Barddock is a lie or Mr. Braddock has lied on his resume which is posted on LinkedIn. Here is what Braddock has listed for his employment history as it relates to Whitehouse.com:
Director of Business Development WhiteHouse.com
September 2007 – August 2008 (1 year)
Conceived and spearheaded new site development; conceptualization, branding, hiring, content generation and monetization. Site is currently undergoing redesign.
Why on earth would someone sign a “sworn” declaration claiming they were simply a videographer/reporter for a company that they in fact claim to have been the Director of Business Development? or claim they only worked at for 6 months when they were in fact employed by for one year?
Then we looked at the claim of Richard Oparil “His declaration was signed before your specific allegations were made, as you can see from the date on it.” Braddock’s declaration is dated July 27, 2011. Contary to Oparil’s claim Larry wrote more than 3 years ago exactly what Braddock is heard telling Gelb on video that Oparil himself released, as is clearly stated on page 92 of Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder?
So we ask “Why do people swear to being truthful when they know they are lying?”
For those who missed Larry’s latest interview last night it can be heard on the below embedded BlogTalk Radio presentation of “The Batcave.”
